Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Blain’s Farm & Fleet. I called the store before making the trip and was specifically told they could look up my purchase without the physical receipt. Once I arrived, I was told they couldn’t look it up at all. The work boots are less than 30 days old and already falling apart on the inside. Yes, they’ve been worn—they’re work boots—but they should not be falling apart this quickly. I’ve purchased my work boots here for the past three years, but this experience has changed that. It’s 2026. A company this size should have a system capable of looking up recent purchases, especially when a customer is told over the phone that it can be done. I wasted my time driving here based on incorrect information. At this point, I might as well order my boots from Amazon. Extremely disappointed. You’ve lost a loyal customer. Just buying off Amazon from here on out.

When you interact with people here, they are very, very friendly, unfortunately, sometimes I feel like they are understaffed when you're out on the floor. Went to the customer service desk and the woman there was amazingly friendly and very helpful. I do not fault the staff for being short-staffed because of the way businesses operate nowadays, but I did notice a woman who had an issue at one of the self-checkout registers that had to wait quite a while before getting help to finish her purchase. Come on Big companies let people do what they want to do, the people that work here definitely want to help out others. You can definitely tell by the ones that you talk to.

Horrible experience with the small engine compartment. My Land mower would not start, i called blains to pick it up. They came for a it on 3/20/26. They recommended a full tune up and to change the blades, gave the go ahead. Now 4 long weeks of waiting and excuses later they deliver my lawn mower 4/17/26 (Friday). Saturday morning i had a hard time starting it and once i did the blades started making a grinding noise. They installed one of the blades backwards and it was loose. Now i dont have any idea when are they going to fix it and how much longer im going to have to wait. Really unprofessional. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Find some where else

Never been to a Blain's before and absolutely loved it. My 4 year old grandaughter loved the baby chicks. Nice selection of western wear, boots and they carry plus sizes for us curvy ladies. Very nice!

1st time visit, was curious...loved the little chick's 110%! Sadly, I didn't buy anything, I found that they were higher priced than what I am use to (guess I truly am a Menards kinda gal). I will say the store was clean, organized & the staff was helpful & kind! For me it was an good experience, glad I went...thank you Farm & Fleet!
